Return and Refund Policy

We will refund your full D’OXYVA purchase price if you do not achieve any measurable improvements with twice (2x) daily applications (16g cartridges) within thirty (30) calendar days. You must obtain a relevant diagnostics report (i.e., blood pressure, blood flow, blood glucose, fMRI, ultrasound, heart rate variability) from a licensed healthcare professional a few days before you begin your D’OXYVA regimen and at least one more report between day 20 and 30 of your regimen. In addition, you must record your Perfusion Index (peripheral blood flow) with the special fingertip pulse oximeter you receive for free with the purchase of each D’OXYVA Health Set when you order on doxyva.com or via D’OXYVA’s branded amazon.com page. Proof of purchase required, improvements of blood flow in microcirculation (Perfusion Index) measured 30, 60, and 90 minutes from absolute baseline prior taking D’OXYVA.

Returns

You have thirty (30) calendar days to notify us of your decision to return any item from the date you received your order based on the courier shipment tracking records. Your purchased item(s) must have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will inspect your item(s) and notify you regarding the status of your refund typically within seven (7) calendar days from receipt of them.

We will initiate a refund to your bank card or original method of payment if your return is approved. Expect to receive your refund within fourteen (14) business days, depending on your financial institution’s policies.

Replacements

Because nine out of ten complaints are solved the first time via troubleshooting over email, phone or video call and our typical annual complaint rate has been less than one percent for over a decade, we can only replace parts and a complete applicator device if the troubleshooting fails.

We typically ship your item(s) via priority postal service at no shipping cost to you within three (3) business days if your replacement is approved.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
