Shipping Policy

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for your order unless you purchase over $300.00 worth of products qualifying for free shipping sold on this website. Shipping costs are nonrefundable unless you do not receive your order.

Shipping (Domestic & Worldwide)

Typically, products purchased on this website are shipped from one of the regional fulfillment centers in our logistics network in a few business days and delivery may take up to two to three weeks or sometimes longer depending on various external or internal factors including but not limited to unexpected product demand spikes, holidays, transportation crises, labor shortages, trade wars, acts of terrorism, or other unforeseen factors.

To comply with strict U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), international and local transportation regulations in each country, cartridge supplies and applicator devices are shipped separately, typically via United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx standard ground transportation, unless you explicitly request in writing in your order notes at the time of placing your order online.

Shipping methods differ in each country. No other shipping method is included in the free shipping and handling offer for purchases above $300.00.



You have thirty (30) calendar days to report to us in writing your decision to return your item(s) from the date of delivery per your courier shipment tracking records.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the original condition and packaging.
Your item(s) must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will receive a filled out return label from us that you can use to drop off your item(s) at the designated location or request a pickup from the courier.
