You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs unless you purchase over $300.00 worth of any product sold on this website that qualifies for free shipping and handling. Shipping costs are nonrefundable unless you did not receive your order.

Shipping (Domestic & Worldwide)

Typically, products purchased on this website are shipped from one of the regional fulfillment centers in our logistics network in a few business days and delivery may take up to two to three weeks or sometimes longer.

To comply with strict U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), international and local transportation regulations in each country, cartridge supplies and applicator devices are shipped separately, typically via United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx standard ground transportation, unless explicitly requested by the customer in writing with the order notes at the time of placing the order online or verbally over the phone to one of our staff members. Shipping methods differ in each country. No other shipping method is included in the free shipping and handling offer for purchases above $300.00. It may take 3-7 days to deliver products via ground transportation and shipping times may lengthen during unexpected product demand spikes, holidays, transportation crises, labor shortages, trade wars, terrorism and other unforeseen factors.



You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
You will receive a filled out return label from us that you can use to drop off your item(s) at the designated location or request a pickup from the currier.
