We will refund your full D’OXYVA purchase price if you do not achieve any measurable improvements (proof of purchase required, improvements of blood flow in microcirculation measured from absolute baseline prior taking D’OXYVA).
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will notify you regarding the status of your refund typically 72 hours after receiving the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Because nine out of ten complaints are solved the first time via troubleshooting over email, phone or video call and our annual complaint rate is less than one percent, we can only replace parts and a complete applicator device if the troubleshooting fails.
Your part or device is typically shipped via priority mail within 24 hours if replacement is approved at no shipping cost to you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
