Typically, products purchased on this website are shipped from one or more of the regional fulfillment centers in our contracted, third-party, worldwide logistics network in a few business days from the date of your order. Due to mandatory ground transportation, order delivery may take up to two to three weeks or sometimes longer depending on various external or internal factors including, but not limited to unexpected product demand spikes, holidays, transportation crises, labor shortages, trade wars, acts of terrorism, or other unforeseen factors.
To comply with strict U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), international and local transportation regulations in each country, cartridge supplies and applicator devices are shipped in separate packages and shipments, typically via United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx special ground transportation.
Shipping methods may differ in each country. No other shipping method is included in the free shipping and handling offer for eligible purchases.
Please keep in mind that you have thirty (30) calendar days to report to us in writing your decision to return your item(s) from the date of delivery per the courier’s shipment tracking records.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the original condition and packaging.
