We will refund your full D’OXYVA® purchase price if you do not achieve any MEASURABLE (before & after) improvements with accurate diagnostic tools* exclusively for the benefits described in our literature at doxyva.com with twice (2x) daily applications (16g D’OXYVA cartridges) on a thumb within sixty (60) calendar days. The 60-day period starts on the following day of the confirmed delivery date of your ENTIRE order according to the courier’s shipment tracking record.

*To be eligible for a refund, you are required to record and share with us privately your Perfusion Index (micro-circulation) 30, 60, and 90 minutes AFTER each full 5-minute D’OXYVA on a thumb at least two (2) days per week for four (4) consecutive weeks with the complimentary special fingertip oximeter we provide with the purchase of each product bundle. Or, obtain a relevant diagnostics report (e.g., skin perfusion pressure, blood pressure, peripheral blood flow, blood glucose, fMRI, ultrasound, heart rate variability) from a licensed healthcare professional a few days before starting your D’OXYVA regimen for the first time, and at least another report with the same diagnostics in the last week of the sixty (60) days. Returns

You have sixty (60) calendar days to notify us of your decision to return any item from the date you received your order based on the courier shipment tracking records. Proof of purchase required.

Refunds

We will inspect your item(s) and notify you regarding the status of your refund typically within seven (7) business days from confirmed receipt by the courier shipment tracking record.

We will initiate a refund to the original method of payment if your return and refund is approved. Expect to receive your refund within fourteen (14) business days, depending on the third-party payment processors’ and your financial institution’s policies.

Replacements

Virtually all concerns are typically solved in a few minutes via troubleshooting over live chat, email, phone or video call. Our typical annual complaint rate has been less than one percent for over a decade. We quickly replace parts, or a complete applicator device if the troubleshooting fails.

Our cartridges must be delivered separately from our devices via special ground courier services to comply with U.S. federal regulations.

Shipping

You will NOT be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
